• Automatic pumping every 1 year, discounted $20-off the non-subscription price at time of renewal

• Locked-in price for pumping until January 1, 2027 for yearly subscription pumping - at which time there may be a slight increase no more than $20 each year and still less than non-subscription pumping

• Customers may cancel subscription at anytime after service is carried out

• Price includes pumping all residential septic tank sizes (no extra charge per gallon)

• Price includes pumping one residential septic tank

• This option is for if the septic tank lid will be dug before we arrive and lid is easily removable

• If you have a riser, this is the correct option for booking

  • If there is a riser, please ensure it is not obstructed by snow or ice

• Price includes the cost of waste disposal
